From Overwhelm to Integration: The Heart of my Integrative Intuitive Writing Method

When I first began creating what is now my Integrative Intuitive Writing Method, I was deep in transition!

I had left my psychotherapy practice,

but I didn’t yet know what came next.

I wanted to become an intuitive energy reader but I wasn't ready.

And I felt stuck, sad, and overwhelmed.

I was ready to leave but I didn't know who I was if I wasn't helping people become their true selves.

Ironically, I needed to become more my true self!

And, it felt easier to focus on other people.

Doing free-writes -- where I wrote about what was going on in my life and what I was thinking or feeling -- helped but it didn't clarify things even if I felt relief in the moment.

I didn’t just want to release feelings.

I wanted clarity about myself and situations.

So I began asking my intuition for help.

I’ve always been clairaudient (have clear intuitive hearing).

But I didn't know that I could have a conversation with my intuition! ✨

I asked for help.

My guides said something first that surprised me:

"Put your hand on your heart and say, 'I do.'"

It was strange but I did it.

Even now, it brings a feeling of poignancy to my throat!

Saying, "I do" was a promise to listen and respect my whole self.

Even the parts I didn't like or want to see.

Saying, “I do” was a promise to listen to myself with my whole heart.

And it meant not abandoning my self.

From there, I would start writing freely -- whatever came into my mind or heart.

Putting it on the page was freeing.

But I wanted more clarity so I began intentionally calling in my Spirit Team — my guides, angels, and higher self — and asking for insight, support, clarity, and peace.

My spirit guides showed me -- by showering me with the energy of love and respect -- that their answers were often larger than the solutions to my questions!

Their answers included the energies of love, trust, and safety -- in ways that my body needed to feel as well as my mind needed to know through words.

There was a time where I began to only write their answers but this was like dismissing my human experience -- which is called, Spiritual Bypassing. It's common for many of us spiritual seekers!

But, realized: we can't live this life as just our spiritual selves.

So, I began writing from my whole self and soul -- all of me.

My guides have often said that our minds, hearts, and bodies are like Uber drivers, helping us navigate the physical world. Our emotions help us understand our needs and values, our minds help translate the physical world, and our bodies give us that deep experience of living fully through our senses on earth.

This life works when we are fully here and present.

This process is one of integration -- integrating our minds, bodies, hearts, and spirits and allowing the spiritual energy to meet with our physical lives.

We are not meant to do this life alone and when we realize this, life becomes so much easier!

The process of my Integrative Intuitive Writing Method involves 5 essential components :

  1. Honoring your whole heart (and soul)

  2. Clearing

  3. Grounding

  4. Receiving

  5. Integrating

When I've shared this process with clients, they have used this practice to increase active connection with their intuition, to understand more about their relationships with other people, with their animals, and with their careers, and to feel at home in their lives!

It can help people:

• Move from overthinking to intuitive knowing

• Tell the difference between feelings and intuition

• Deepen communication with their intuition/Spirit Team

• Receive grounded, actionable guidance

• Clarify relationship and career decisions

• Feel supported by in everyday life

If you’re intuitive, empathic, and already receiving intuitive guidance — but long for a clearer way to work with ,your intuition, this practice could be for you.

I guide people to expeirence the Intuitive Writing Process in small, intimate spaces created for grounded, self-aware people who are ready to deepen their intuitive clarity without becoming overwhelmed.

This is not about bypassing your humanity.

It’s about integrating all of who you are with your spiritual self.

If you’re ready to move from processing your feelings to partnering with your intuition in a wholehearted and embodied way, I would love to share this with you! 💕
